Visitor Comments: I have finally found records of my grandfather Stefan/Istvan Kuzma.He was born in November 22 1883 in Nagy Mihaly/Michalovce and his parents were Kuzsma Janos and Tomko Anna.He died in February 23 1948.Eight of his siblings died at birth.Rozalia Pirnaga,who married Kuzma Paul Alex was the godmother of one of them(Johanna,who died at birth together with her brother Odon in 1882)So Joe/Joseph Kuzma was Istvan's cousin.And as was looking through your family tree,the luckier one.
Once again,thank you for your great piece of work.I really enjoy studying the Kuzma family tree.It's really amazing how it has grown from the ancestors from the small east Slovakia village to descendants all over America.Some of them,the younger ones,I found on Facebook  )) |

| Visitor Comments: My great grandparents were George Kuzma and Elizabeth Hornyak, my grandfather, their son, was also named George Kuzma and he married Loretta Kimmet. That's pretty much all I know. Anyone know anything? |

Well,I come from Michalovce,my family name is Kužma and I remember the last and only visit of Joe/Jozeph/Kuzma in his old land.It was in the early 70s when he stayed at my grandmother's house for a couple of days.I still have some photos,so I would send them to you if you wish to.I´m not sure if he was my grandfather's brother or cousin but certainly they were close/blood relatives.
