Visitor Comments: This man is a genius, a true gentleman of art. The priceless drawings and paintings I know has taken Paul and a number of high and low journeys but all worth it as the pleasures his work brings to my eyes are out of this world.
A untapped talent and we all should be shouting load and treating the rest of the world to the beauty of the 'Works of Paul Noonan, let him be recognised now as he deserve it, so friends of the London lad from Ireland go forth and spread the word and let us put an exhibition together for Mr Noonan
Admin Reply: Thank you my friend. It's been a journey....that is leading to that exhibition....

Visitor Comments: I really like how you have it all laid out. I haven't been getting people to my links correctly and will have to work on that after school. I really enjoy the image of the two people at the wedding. Fabulous dynamics. I love your sensitivity when you steer clear of the other techniques... although I am curious about this... pencil wash was it :) BRAVA!!

Visitor Comments: When he wa first starting out, Paul created a portrait of my late and beautiful aunt as a lasting memory for my uncle, robbed of his wife at such a young age. From only fleeting references, Paul drew with love and care and produced the most stunning likeness I have ever seen. We all gasped when we saw it - as if my aunt's spirit and joy of life was inhabiting the picture. Amazing! This guy works hard and is a perfectionist. His art has come from years of honing his art, of diligence and of application and I would recommend this very talented man to anyone. You will be overwhelmingly surprised and thoroughly delighted by his portraits.
Admin Reply: Thank you so much Tel for such words. I can still remember drawing that portrait all those years ago. The most rewarding thing for me was to be able to deliver the picture to your uncle. He remains one of the most decent people I have ever met. Truly one of the good guys.

Visitor Comments: I came here through the PreRaphaelite Sisterhood blog, and I really love your work! Your pencil technique just floors me. I am a longtime fan of the PreRaphaelites and I too have been ensnared by Pavonia's amazing eyes at the Tate. When I was living in London a few years ago, I would go to the Tate almost every other day and just live in the PreRaphaelite galleries! Your work is a fitting descendant of their work.

Also, nice to find someone else who likes Millais as much as I do. I particularly like his later portraits, but his early work is also wonderful, Mariana being one of my favorites, as well.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Admin Reply: Thank you Bess. Your words mean a great deal to me as it's clear you know your stuff about the PreRaphaelites.

Hi there Paul,

I am quite pleased to take a peek over to your site and see how you are doing here. It's a lovely presentation and now I see why your interest in famous people. Have you seen the portrait artist's forum on the "Stroke of Genius" site? If not, I invite you to browse there at your leisure.
