Visitor Comments: Hi Kevin
Your local track for practice would be Olypmic which is near NEC, it used to have a kids track seperate from main track which should be fine. Not sure what the place is like now though. You also have Grafton Manor which is near Stourbridge area.
He'll soon be wanting a KTM 50 before you know it though. Another good thing to do is go along to the next Wilden Lane MX meeting as they have a little race track for novice riders, its worth taking him to a race before he has a go. Check out Wilden Lane MX website for more details.
Have fun.

Visitor Comments: Hi Dean
We nearly went there this last wend but glad we didnt. I think they will get round but it wont be pretty. Have heard many different stories from 65s flying round to 85 riders stuggling. If you cant ride sand then it will be tough for anyone. I would fit big wheels to help him and take a spare clutch too as it will be hard on them little bikes. Your best bet is to go and try it for your self, I think they have a kids track there too so wont be a waste of time. I think NSMXC have a meeting there on the 3/1/10 which will run Autos and have been told they will grade the track before each Auto race to give them a chance. Good luck Dave |
