Visitor Comments: The significant achievement, is the world movement for breastfeeding, and this declaration is the base of it. The most important task is to get local legar laws to support the International Code for Marketing for Breastfeeding Substitutes. Every countries says they support it, but in fact, the companies without laws and fiscalization, still using the publicity to promote there products. I'm from Portugal, and here is the paradise of publicity for these companies.

Visitor Comments: Most significant achievement in past 15 years is the Innocenti Declaration and especially the celebratory redrafting and subsequent adoption. The most important task ahead is to ensure that all countries approve, adopt and enact the declaration to protect, promote and support breastfeeding.
