Visitor Comments: Sir was one heck of a person my family and I had a chance to go to his home town and meet and talk to him. He was a good hearted man and help you in any way that he could. | Visitor Comments: As with so many others, I met Dick through the Treehouse Chatroom. Being a 'newbie', I stayed pretty much in the background for several weeks before getting the nerve to join in the chat.
I have always considered Dick as my online mentor as he was instrumental in drawing me into the chats and 'showing me the ropes'. There were many private IM's & emails with tips and encouragemant.
My one regret is that I never had the opportunity to meet Dick in person, but he shared several pictures of his family (especially the grandkids!)
So Dick, my old friend, I personally hated to lose you, but know you and Judy are together again and there is no more suffering for either of you!!

| Visitor Comments: I will miss Dick very much. I always loved to have him in my Missouri Chat and just visit with him in the other chat rooms. SirFlan was a one of a kind gentleman and a real class act. I remember when Judy became ill and he decided to stop hosting and take good care of her. You could tell just how much he dearly loved her. Now, Dick, my friend you can be with her again. You can tie up those loose ends of your family tree and meet all those ancestors you talked about in chats. I will miss your smiling face and your positive outlook on things. May you rest in peace and comfort for you deserve it. Now it looks like G-d needs you more than we do. We will keep your family in our prayers, dear Cuzzie.
