Our goal has always been not to show up at our shows and compititions with the flashiest equipment and ok horses but to show up with very respectable, clean, neat, and reliable equipment transporting excellent horses. I hope this does not offend your product, it is meant to compliment it. Again thanks for all your information so far, one of the most important things for us with any major purchases has been to feel comfortable with the people we are dealing with and that comfort level is definitely here with your company. |

Dear Monique,
Thank you so much for your nice reply to my letter. I appreciate all your helpful information. I will recaulk some of the seams, paint some areas that are showing rust, and give it a good wax job. That should hold it for a few years. I wish you were closer for me to bring it up for a paint job when it is necessary. As a comparison, what would be the price you would charge for an outside paint job. It would be helpful as a guidline when checking things out here. That is very interesting that you are the one that did the pin stripe decoration on my trailer!! Great! I am amazed that it still looks so good and oftened wondered how it is done to get it so straight, and even. Nice Job! I felt that this used monarch trailer was made better than the new Valley trailer that they had on the lot. I have seen Valley Trailers after a few years and the Monarch certainly has done better in that respect. I appreciated the details of the undercoating and seam caulking. When I pulled the trailer home, I was so struck by how easy it wast to pull and track, and felt like there was nothing back there. I had an old G&F Trailer that was the old style with the feeder setup in the front. It was heavy, and was much harder to pull. I would like any information and maintenance sheets that you may have on my trailer. Thanks again for your help. I am certainly going to reccommend Monarch to my friends!

The trailer not only absolutley beautiful, suprisingly, I found that the large companies that I got prices from were not as "family orientated" as they promised.
