Visitor Comments: My beautiful 30 year old daughter is quitting smoking because the housing development she rents from made the property smoke free....and she wants a place to live so she quit on Jan 1st 2008. I send her daily texts about success and support letters with helpful information. Thank you so very much for your amazing and helpful information. I quit smoking in 1972 for religious reasons. I am so grateful because back then there wasn't the information they have now. However the battle is the same and your wonderful support is such a blessing. I wish she had a computer. Thank you for helping me help her.

Visitor Comments: It's been 3 days for my fiancee and I. The first day neither of us smoked a single cigarette. I began to wear the patch the first day as well. I've started at 21mg because I was smoking about 30 cigarettes a day. The past 2 days have been tougher than we had imagined. We began smoking 3 single cigarettes a day. Myself taking 3 hits off of each one. Now that I have read about the patch I will no longer be taking ANY hits. My fiancee is quitting cold turkey but it is good because we are quitting together. He plans on now smoking 2 cigarettes a day and once he is use to that he will smoke 1 a day and then completely quit. Being here for eachother and dealing with eachother's moods has been very helpfull. I've tried to quit many times and so has he, we believe now we'll finally do it.

Visitor Comments: Your website is very informative. it really amkes you stop to think about what it is we as smokers are doing to our bodies and the bodies of the ones we love everyday. I have recently decided to quit smoking, because my children asked me to and I just don't "enjoy" it anymore. Besides, I want to live as long as I can, just to be near them throughout their lives.
