Sometimes it feels like yesterday and others it's like you were my child in a different life. But one thing is for sure the lessons that you taught me about life and how to love will be instilled in me until the day we see each other again(O happy day).
It hasnt been easy since you left us but I know Heaven needed you more than I. I am ready for summer time so your resting place will once again be beatiful with green grass and newly bloomed flowers. And in a couple months your going to be a big sister again. I know you watch over us everyday and keep us safe. Until we meet again my baby-girl my heart will always have a missing piece that only you can replace. I love you madi-lu and I miss you sooo much but you are at peace and that makes me at peace.

Heaven received a new angel a couple of days ago, maybe you have seen her. Her name is Ella and she is 3 yrs old too. She was very sick here for only a short while. First, happy belated birthday to Madi!
I am working on a revision of The Jeffrey Journey, a book I wrote about our brief time with our baby, Jeffrey (Type 1). I'm searching all over for additional names for the special dedication (thejeffreyjourney.com/specialdedication.html) and would love to add Madi's name to the memorial section.
All I need is her name as it should be listed, including a nickname if desired.
I'm always taking names, but the deadline for guaranteed inclusion in this edition is 9-10-09.

Mommie, Daddy and Bry are heading to the beach tomorrow on vacation and it reminded me of the time when I went along to the beach as your "Nanny". We had so much fun staying in the nice pretty cool condo while Mommie and Daddy were burning up outside on the beach. We took you out on the deck and you enjoying feeling the gulf breeze and watching the sea gulls fly by. ALso, Mommie and Daddy and I took you down to the beach and you loved it! Daddy showed you all kinds of pretty shells while we were there. It is one of my favorite vacations! I still miss your sweet baby self so much, but I know you are having a beautiful active life in heaven. Always remember..."Who love Madisyn, who loves Madisyn? Honey does, Honey does"!! |

He is still the most wonderful Daddy you remember - both to you and Bry. She and Mommie got him up bright and early this morning to celebrate and I called him early too.
