Visitor Comments: Great stuff here! Wish you had a link to the
17th AB and 82nd AB. My dad was in the 17th
155D AT AA BN in Bastogne Dec. 24, 1944 and on
into Germany for Op. Varsity/Plunder. So many
men lost is 155D that he was repositioned to
82nd AB80th AA and on to Berlin. Home on the
Grey Ghost (Queen Mary).

Visitor Comments:

The two websites I have viewd by 'Eagle' are great sources of information, their content and scope is commendable, but the spelling is atrocious. The phrase is LEST WE FORGET...not "Less" we forget. 'Improved' should be spelled 'improved' not 'emproved'. This might be just the result of a bad speller (but a good historian) at work...but if you would like to see the site given the ultimate consideration and respect given (that it certainly deserves) please have a proofreader go over the text. The men deserve to have their stories told in as dignified a manner as possible. I appreciate the amount of work and research that was expended upon the two sites. Today is D Day, 2009 and we all should honor our American Veterans!
