Visitor Comments: Mr Price,
I have listened to you since "The House of the Rising Sun". I have followed your music and your Kick-ass style of keyboard work as if you are a good friend. I saw you once in San Francisco doing a great show at the Great America Music Hall and then a couple of years later when you brought YOUR Animals. That was about 20 or more years ago. Please come back to San Francisco Sir!

| Visitor Comments: I admire Alan's piano playing. I am a classically-trained pianist and organist myself. I am surprised to learn that Alan is mostly self-taught. Who did the orchestration in 'Jarrow Song' (my favourite Alan Price song)? |

Visitor Comments: Ah ... what a gem this website is!
I first saw you live in 1967 ... just prior to the release of Simon Smith ... I have 2 LPs from the late 60s which have been played and played and played and are now pretty scratched. I've seen you now about 4 times ... the last a few years ago.
Favourite song ... "Livin' Without You"
Best voice ever!

| Visitor Comments: I'm 69 years old and have just recently become aware of Mr. Price. I began studying the keyboard about four months ago. I have always loved music, but never did develop a discipline to study until recently. I have always loved "House of the Rising Sun" and always remember the outstanding keyboard sounds. Mr. Price is an inspiration for me to continue studying, even at this late stage in life. Mr. Price, have you any idea of the immense scope of your music and the pleasure you have given us? Thank you! |

Well done and thanks for such an enjoyable night travelling down memory lane well, from the late late sixties. |

| Visitor Comments: Hi Alan. I have just seen your gig of "a night at the flamingo" at the philharmonic hall in Liverpool. It is the first time I have seen you in concert even though I have followed you from the sixties when it wsa all happening. It was one of the best concerts i have ever seen! Your bands line-up which included Zoot Money, Bobby Tench, Maggie bell amd the irrepresible Chris Farlowe was a touch of genius to organise. Keep up the good work Alan, you were all magic and come back to Liverpool soon. By the way can anyone tell me the title of Alan's song based on the Hymn "what a friend we have in Jesus"? And what balbum I can get it on. |

Visitor Comments: Alan.
My 83 year old Dad has just told me how his parents gave what little they had to the Jarrow lads when they passed through Leeds. I've always loved the song but now it means even more.
Thanks and stay proud of the north east. |

| Visitor Comments: We have just seen A Night at the Flamingo Club...all artists and music were fabulous,as always. Alan sang a BEAUTIFUL song ...I think it was called 'In the North Country'. It would be great to hear that he was working on a new c.d. (I have 13!) which would include this lovely love song. |
