This is a great web site, very nicely done!
We worked together on Seer getting her ready for the Tahiti trip from Hawaii. How fun to find your story of that trip and your life. I often have wondered what happened to Chris, Peter, yourself, and Amy. I ended up with one of Seer's sisters, Burma that I have owned for the past 22 years and sail in Maine, and I live in Santa Cruz Calif.
Your story really touched me.

| Visitor Comments: I took my wife to Moorea for our honeymmon in March of 2003. Tahiti was everything I hoped it would have been. Here it is 18 months later, and I'm still thinking about the island of Moorea everyday. I have pictures wallpapered on my computer. I would bag groceries for a living to live on Moorea. I can dream right!!? I look forward to going back someday. When you wrote about when you first saw it..... I did the same thing and fell in love with the place. I don't think I'll ever find a place as beautiful as Moorea in the Tahitian islands. |
