| Visitor Comments: A bit more research: My Grandmother was Lettie Baker (nee Tingley) (10); Great Grandfather was Simon Peter Tingley (9), preceded by my great grandfathers LaFayette F. (8), William (7), John Ira (6), Joseph (5), Ebenezer (4), Samuel (3), Samuel (2), and Palmer Tingley (1).
For whatever reason, the records for Simon Peter Tingley and Hazel (Farmer), only reflect their oldest child and son, Richard. Simon (Peter) and Hazel also had two daughters, Lettie and Lottie, who were twins.

| Visitor Comments: My great grandfather was Peter Tingley, of Hanford CA; his wife was Hazel Farmer Tingley. Peter and Hazel had 3 children; Richard Tingley (Fresno, CA), Lettie Baker (Bakersfield, CA) and Lottie DeSouza (San Diego, CA). My great grandparents are buired in Grangeville Cemetary in Kings County, CA. Also buried there is LaFayette Tingley, who, as I understand it came to Hanford and settled there also. |
