Visitor Comments: I have just broken the lid of a very treasured little teapot my mother bought for me at the Cardew factory shop back in the 90's. I have photos. Can anyone help me to find a replacement lid. I've no idea how to go about finding a replacement or even it its possible at all. Please get in touch if you can point me in the right direction for some help. thanks Jos |

| Admin Reply: i think if i was you i would try ebay
i know when i wanted to get a lid for a royal doulton current-ish design they wanted 1/6 of the price of the pot i ended up paying £26
plus postage for the lid
save the search on ebay one day i expect it will turn up and not many people bid for tradional shaped pots
best wishes and good luck

| Visitor Comments: When my grandmother died in 1979 we could not find the head to her black cat teapot and I did not have the heart to throw it away. It is 5 inches high and has Made in England pressed into the bottom. Does anyone have a spare head? Or want the body? |
| Admin Reply: hi there i dont have a spare head sorry.
from your description it will be hard for someone to know who it was made by.
we will be happy to house the body here rather than it going in the bin though
best wishes thanks for looking sue blazye |

Visitor Comments: I am in need of a Hall teapot lid. The color is dark green and the pot is a 4 -6 cup pot. It has 12 panels around the side of the pot and the lid and there is a small handle on top. I don't know any other information about the pot, but if someone knows where I can find additional information that better describes the teapot I would be appreciative. Thank you. |
