Visitor Comments: Tues night 25th Nov saw the "bull" craig smith get some stiff competition for the honour of how many other refs he can make Black & Blue as George Cessford attended training a light warm up with a bleep test! then down to the skillful art of basketball & football as the rest of us put the skill into the activity the two above named roughed us up which got a sweat up as it was more important to keep yourself out of the way But good fun and nice to see double figures at traing keep it up gents only two more sprint tests and one more bleep to go and it will be summer!!!

Visitor Comments: Well i believe i missed speed endurance drills last night! I did my own training though! Making sure the lager dissapeared! And the training worked! It got dissapeared faster as the night went on!
